Wow. You make a whole lot of music with the Alphorn. I was expecting something like digeridoo, but no. It sounds beautiful!

Good to see an old Brighton High player is making such great Music. If you have Mike's email I would like to send him a note. I'm still playing my trumpet, mostly musicals and other limited events. My kids play as well. Have you heard from Bob Nitch? Hope your well. Lee

Brian,
I am working with Bill on your booking for October 22, 2011 in Haymarket and would love to have an mp3 sound clip that we can send to a local radio station - something very thematic with Oktoberfest with you and or you and the Edelweiss band performing. There is much excitement about the upcoming event on October 22, particularly about you playing the alphorn!
Many thanks and best regards,
Debra

Brian - glad to find you on the Internet.I am a trumpet player, former school band director and lover of the Alphorn sound. I have been poring over the Internet to get more information about what it takes to own a horn, if there's anyone around (how many) in the DC/ Northern VA area who play Alphorn. Can you shed any light on where I would get started?

It was a joy to have seen you again,
especially to hear you play and sing.
It was a terrific performance and
everyone sounded great. I hope it won't be too long before our paths
cross again.

Mr. Priebe,
I created and run a site devoted to one type of film score: rejected scores.
One of the things I try to do is credited the musicians on each score (not an easy task). To that end I contact film & TV score musicians (since very few list rejected scores on their sites).
Have you ever played on any rejected scores?
Film score lover,
